What data we process
Only what you submit through the form: name, phone number, email (optional), budget, the property you're interested in and your message. The server also stores the time of submission and the site language.
Why we need it
To reply to you, find suitable properties, arrange viewings and support you through the purchase. We do not use your data for advertising and never sell it to anyone.
Legal basis
Your consent when submitting the form, and, for any further cooperation, the performance of a contract (Articles 6.1.a and 6.1.b GDPR).
Storage and recipients
Your enquiry is stored for as long as our business relationship lasts, and for the periods required by law. The data is kept on this website's server and forwarded to our internal team channel (email and Telegram). It is not shared with third parties, except where required by law or with your consent (for example, with the developer when booking a property).
Your rights
You can request access, correction, deletion, restriction of processing, objection and data portability by writing to info@windhomes.es. You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
Cookies
The site does not use advertising cookies or third-party analytics. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, through which Google receives your IP address.
